Robin Hills of Alanboyd Consultants Ltd and Nowgen held a Business Planning workshop on 28th February 2008. Business Managers needing to write clear, concise strategies attended.
Topics included strategic planning, developing and using market analysis, financial analysis and action planning. Participants instantly applied taught sessions into practice during breakout sessions.
