After graduating with a degree in design & visual arts Kate developed her business skills in procurement and administration roles.

Kate also has a strong background in customer service developed from working in visitor services environments.

After working her way up to office management she decided she wished to merge her office experience within a caring profession.

Her duties at Nowgen albeit varied allows her the knowledge that she is a part of a team that deliver a valuable service to healthcare and public understanding in genetic and developmental medicine
